Specimen must be RECEIVED by Laboratory before 11.00 AM on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Do not send specimens on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, Public Holidays and after 11.00 AM on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Useful For

Clinical indication: For monitoring after immunosuppression, immune reconstitution following transplantation and screening for primary immunodeficiency.

This assay is designed to enumerate percent and absolute cell counts of lymphocyte subsets CD19 B-cells, CD3 T-cells (total, CD4, CD8) and CD56/CD16 NK-cells in whole blood.
