Important Note

Please provide relevant treatment history including monoclonal antibody treatment (e.g. anti-CD19, anti-CD20 and anti-CD22 treatment, etc.) on test request form.

Testing is performed on fresh sample and samples should be dispatched to reach the laboratory before 2pm on Friday and Public Holiday eve for processing. Do NOT dispatch samples on Public Holiday, Saturday and Sunday.

Test requestor is required to respond to lab’s clarification within 24 hours of notification, to ensure timely specimen processing before deterioration and incompromised results.
