The recommended test to evaluate for possible Coccidioides infection is COXIS / Coccidioides Antibody Screen with Reflex, Serum.

Acceptable: Red top

Submission Container/Tube: Plastic vial

Specimen Volume: 1.8 mL Serum

Collection Instructions: Centrifuge and aliquot serum into plastic vial.
