Specimen Type: Fluid or aspirate
Container/Tube: Sterile screw-capped container. For eye specimens, syringes (capped, without needles) are acceptable.
Volume: 5.0mL
Minimum Volume: 2.0mL
Collection Instructions: Please refer to Test Catalogue -> Test Collection Information -> Microbiology Transport Media -> Anaerobic Culture

Specify the source of the specimen, e.g. peritoneal fluid, knee joint fluid, etc.
