Diagnosis of diarrhea due to the above organisms.
They are especially relevant in immunocompromised patients, including patients with HIV, in unexplained outbreaks and in some cases of travellers’ diarrhoea.

Unacceptable Condition
- More than 1 stool specimen received on the same day will be rejected.
- Stool specimen contaminated with urine.
- Unpreserved liquid or soft stool specimen received more than 1 hour post collection.
