Collection Container/Tube: Royal blue top (Trace metal-free EDTA)
Specimen Volume: 2 mL
Collection Instructions:
1. Do not use disinfectants containing iodine, eg, Betadine, during venipuncture.
2. Send whole blood specimen in original tube.
3. Send refrigerated.
Note: Avoid exposure to gadolinium or iodine-based contrast media for 96 hours prior to specimen collection.
