Sample should reach the laboratory as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours after collection.

Useful For

​For detection and quantitative measurement of Epstein-Barr virus DNA. As an adjunct in diagnosis, prognostication and post-treatment monitoring of Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma (NPC). Also used in diagnosis of Post Transplant Lymphoproliferative Disorders (PTLD), EBV-associated posterior uveitis and in diagnosis of central nervous system lymphoma in AIDS patients.
