Patient Preparation:  For optimal antibody detection, specimen collection is recommended before initiation of immunosuppressant medication or intravenous immunoglobulin treatment.

Specimen Volume: 3 mL

Collection Instructions: Centrifuge and aliquot serum into a plastic vial.
