Specimen Requirements
Specimen Type: Serum
Container/Tube: Red Top
Volume: 6.0 mL
Collection Instructions: Collect blood in pre-warmed tube and keep at 37°C. To call BTS at 6772 2305 to arrange for 37°C transport container to ensure sample is kept at 37°C before reaching the lab.
Send specimen to the Laboratory immediately. Transport container cannot be sent via pneumatic tube, please arrange for samples to be sent to lab by hand once collected.
