Submit only one of the following specimens


Specimen Type: CSF
Container/Tube: Sterile Screw-capped Container
Volume: 10mL
Minimum Volume: 0.5mL
Collection Instructions:
1. Specimen should be collected into plain sterile container.
2. Send specimen from #3 collection to the laboratory immediately.
3. Specimen must be received within one hour of collection.

Container/Tube: Sterile Screw-capped Container
Volume: 10mL
Minimum Volume: 1.0mL
Collection Instructions:
1. Specimen should be collected into plain sterile container.
2. Indicate the source of specimen.
3. Send specimen to the laboratory immediately.
