Specimen Type: Whole Blood or Bone Marrow Aspirate
Specimen Volume: 3.0 mL (at least 1.0 mL for bone marrow aspirate)

Storage/transport requirements: Ambient or refrigerated

 

For pre-transplant (Donor):

Submit only one of the following:
 

Specimen Type: Whole Blood
Specimen Volume: 3.0 mL

Storage/transport requirements: Ambient or refrigerated

 

Specimen Type: Cord Blood

Specimen Volume: 1.0 mL

Storage/transport requirements: Ambient or refrigerated
