Submit the following immediately:

Collection Instructions:
1.Void first morning urine and discard
2. Drink a glass of water
3. Collect urine 1 hr later
4. Send to the laboratory immediately
Collect specimen on weekdays: Monday to Thursday only. Do not collect specimen on public hoilday or pre-holiday.
