Submit the following:

Clean, plastic urine collection container with seal. No preservatives

Send the completed and signed copy Toxicological Investigation Form together with the specimen.

Specimen Type: Random urine
Volume: 20.0 mL urine
Storage/transport requirements: Refrigerated

Monday through Friday, TAT 20 - 23 days

An interpretive report will be provided.
